2023 OEL Waterloo Chapter Trade Show
Location:
The Edelweiss Tavern is hosting the 2023 Waterloo Region Chapter Trade Show.
Onsite parking is complimentary.
Set Up & Tear Down:
Set up can be facilitated at the Edelweiss Tavern on Thursday November 2nd from 1:30pm to 3:00pm. All exhibitors must ensure set up is complete by 3pm.
Vendors may enter through the back door and the front doors.
OEL Chapter Members will be onsite to assist vendors.
The OEL will assign vendor booth locations. Every effort will be made to respect Exhibitors and their assigned space locations however the OEL reserves the right to assign locations as deemed to be in the best interest of the total exhibition.
Tear Down – once show is completed, removal of all exhibitor materials must be removed from the premises same day.
Trade Show Hours:
The trade show will be held from 3:30pm – 7:30pm.
Light refreshments (pub fare), coffee and a cash bar will be available.
Electrical & Furniture:
Booths requiring power will be located around the perimeter of the room. Please ensure you bring your own extension cord, power bar and tape.
One table, 2 chairs will be provided (no table skirts will be provided).
Vendors may bring their own tablecloth or advise us if you require one.
Internet:
The Edelweiss Tavern will have WIFI available which will require a password. The password will be provided on the event day.
