    GETTING STARTED (First-Time Employer User):

    STEP 1: Sign up and create your Employer Account on www.oel.talentsorter.com

    STEP 2: The TalentSorter Terms and Conditions box will pop up. Select [I Agree] to proceed.

    STEP 3: You will be taken your company’s Dashboard and will see a how-to video on posting a job opening.

    Connect with employers in the electrical industry that are looking for candidates just like YOU. Using this resource is completely FREE for employers and jobseekers!

    GETTING STARTED (First-Time Jobseeker User):

    STEP 1: Sign up and create your Jobseeker Account on www.oel.talentsorter.com

    STEP 2: Once you have created your account, build your profile and upload any relevant documents (like your resume).

    STEP 3: Complete the quick assessment to find out which jobs fit you. The results are linked to your profile and will be used by employers to determine compatibility with who they're looking for.

    STEP 4: Search for available jobs on the Job Board and apply to the roles that are suited to you!
