A discussion of practices for the identification of hazards and an overview of attributes for risk assessment in effective work-planning and execution.
Disconnection and Maintenance of Electrical Equipment
Review of the prescriptive requirements of the Ontario Electrical Safety Code and their relevance to hazard identification, risk assessment and mitigation.
About Robert Mitchell
Robert started his career at the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) as an electrical inspector in the Sudbury area, and worked across Ontario in a number of regions. He has also worked as an ESA Technical Advisor and as a Training Development Specialist. Robert?s current role at ESA is Safety and Technical Program Advisor, playing a pivotal role in ESA?s workplace and aging infrastructure initiatives. As part of the workplace initiatives Robert serves as the ESA member on a number of CSA Standards including:
